Architecture & key components

WPS – Wire Positioning System

  • Measures 1D (X) or 2D displacement (X/Y) relative to a tensioned reference wire
  • Capacitive sensor head with multi-electrode architecture
  • Typical range: ±2.5, ±10, ±22, ±30 mm and more on request
  • Accuracy: 1 to 10 microns (depending on range)
  • Resolution : ±0.1 .. ±0.3 microns

 

HLS – Hydrostatic Levelling System

  • Measures vertical movement using the communicating vessel principle
  • Capacitive level sensor, facing the free surface of a liquid as an absolute measurement reference
  • Typical range: ±5 to ±100 mm
  • Resolution: 0.5 to 2 microns
